These lenses can help alleviate the side effects caused by blue light exposure. Here are some facts about blue light:
- Blue light, or HEV light, naturally occurs in sunlight, but is also emitted from the screens of electronic devices (i.e. smartphones, tablets, computer monitors, etc.)
- Prolonged exposure to blue light can cause headaches, blurred vision, dry eyes, and may also disturb sleep (by altering normal circadian rhythms)
- Blue light filtering lenses can limit some of this exposure to blue light
- CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS are required to provide a Resale Certificate in order to to have tax exempt status
